NO I AM NOT SICK!

Hubby saw me.
He asked if I had taken my temperature.
He felt my forehead.

NO!
I AM NOT SICK!

I am

MEAL  PREPPING!

I am not fond of spending 
LOTS of time in the kitchen.
I bake when I MUST.
I cook …once in a while.
When we have friends & family
I LOVE maing  a BIG meal!

But…when I get home from teaching 24 firsties,
I have worked out for 30-40 minutes,
and I sit down to relax…

I DON’T WANT TO COOK!
I don’t want to think about it.
I don’t want to get “MESSY”.
I don’t want to CLEAN IT UP!!!!

And so…
I have begun to 
MEAL PREP
on the weekend
for the entire
WEEK!
Breakfast, lunch & dinner ( for two ).

For my followers..
You know I have been on 
WEIGHT WATCHERS
for about a year.

35 pounds LOST!

WHOOP! WHOOP!

So I got out my 
Weight Watchers Cookbook


And started making a 
grocery list.

Grocery Store-
another place
 I don’t…LOVE..to go!

Got my supplies..

THEN…
I started cooking!

Hubby checked on me at this point!

NO…I  AM  NOT  SICK!  🙂

I also hit up my BFF…PINTEREST!




After store…Supplies READY!

Made a BUNCH of these…and then
FROZE THEM!

WHOOP!!!!   WHOOP!!!!

DO  YOU  “ZOODLE”?

Don’t forget BREAKFAST!

Good Luck my friends!
Now…what shall I EAT first?
